[CRA Scripts] "Name to User" Step problem

Hello,

I have problem with CRA Script - it does not recognize users names at "Name to User" stage. There is an end user with first/last name aaaa/aaaa. When running installed script, after typing four times "2" and accepting by "#" on the stage I always have a message "You entered the name of person you want to contact, byt I can't find it. (...)". I have tried many combinations of step config, timeouts, etc. but there is no way to make it work. This is not credencials issue - authenticating user works when setting user id and pin at "Set" stage.

Environment:

-CallManager 5.1.2

-Cisco Application Administration - 4.5(2)SR02_Build014

-Package: IPCC Express Premium

Help will be appreciated.
