I have a 7941 that won't boot completely. I have tried factor rest but it still wont' work. does anybody have an idea to why this is happening and how to fix this problem?

Is this the only one 7941?
To which switch is connected? Using VVLAN?
Cisco switch?
Chaging cable, switch port?
Do u know the phone load?
Has this ever worked?
