CRA IVR Place Call Step

Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to get a Cisco IVR "Place Call" step working. When it executes, I always get the system is experiencing problems message. Attached is a print screen of the IVR application that has the place call step. The IVR app simply collects a phone number from the caller and uses the place call step to call that number. Any feedback appreciated.

Hi,


Have you checked if the CTI Ports associated to your IVR have the correct Calling Search Spaces and Partitions configured in CallManager?


It is possible that your CTI Ports can not reach the Route Patterns needed to place the call.
