Hi, we?d CW SNMS installed, and we also applied the nmidb.10.088 update, but What`s UP does not seem to support the Catalyst Express 500 switches. ?What another update is neccesary to support them?
The CE500 switches should be managed by Cisco Network Assistant which is freely downloadable from Cisco.com from the same location you download CE500 software.
...but it is supposed that both (CE 500 switch and CW SNMS) are aimed to small/medium networks. Don?t you look for a comprenhensive and integral management application?
How could I imagine a network running different managers for each device type?
