SecMon 2.2 not showing ASA syslog events

I am still running VMS 2.3 and Security Monitor 2.2 to manage and monitor my IPS and firewalls. I upgraded from PIX's to ASA 5510's and noticed that I cannot see the ASA syslog events under the Event Viewer anymore. The ASA devices are still logging to the server and I can see the events if I edit the Syslog.log file.

You will have to add or import the new devices (ASA) in the Cisco Works database and remove the old ones (PIX). If you are not getting any errors restarting the cisco works deamon manager service may solve the problem. If you are getting some error try to purge the logs to a different folder and then restart the cisco works deamon service.
