I have a problem with Unity when people try to access there voice mail. The get the message "the system is temporarily unable to process your request".
Any help greatly appreciated.

One of the most common reasons which causes this issue is Permissions assigned to Unity Message Store Service account. You should download the latest Permission Wizard from http://www.ciscounitytools.com/4_x_tools.htm (Choose the one based on your server version), and run that on your server.

Hi also noticed this message in the event log:
The caller entered an invalid password when logging on to Cisco Unity by phone. Details - Invalid Attempt on mailbox for subscriber with alias [GBeneventi] and extension [8184]. Call was made from - [8184].. 1888
Also there is a failure for logon/logoff in the security log.

This is happening only when users are trying to access there vmail externally.
