Solved: 7921 using wpa2 with EAP Fast

I have some 7921 phones. I am trying to connect them using a 4404 wlc on firmware 4.1.181.0

I can connect using wep, but it wont authenticate using wpa2. I have tested the ssid with my laptop and it works, but with the phone it isnt even hitting the radius server.

Any suggestions?

Will want to use version 1.03.

Also for WPA2, will need to set the phone to either EAP-FAST or AKM mode. AKM mode will use LEAP for 802.1x. EAP-TLS and PEAP are not supported currently on the Cisco 7921G.

If using EAP-FAST, may want to increase the 802.1x timeout on the controller. See http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_ipphon/english/wip7921/relnote/rn7921_3.htm#wp161964.
