Spoken Name Upload

Running IPCC 4.0(3) with CCM 4.1 and trying to upload peoples spoken name waves file in IPCC administration. No matter what I put in for the User ID field, I get an error back stating "User not available".

I assume this user id field is supposed to point to the Call Manager users which in our environment point to Active Directory using LDAP. I've tried many different users, and have tried extension numbers etc with no luck. Anyone else have similar problems or know for sure what the user id points to?

All my CCM users do populate in the User Management section of the IPCC admin pages. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Try this: Remove the non-functioning trigger. Restarted the Engine. Also post the CiscoMIVR log file.
