I've a problem with Cisco IP communicator. The communications are of bad quality and sometimes i've absolute silence. I use windows 2000 SP4 or XP SP2 and I use a headset with an adapter USB GN Netcom 8110.
In same time, Lotus Notes and an application JAVA with launch on computer.
An option must be activated or a patch (Cisco or Windows) must be install on the computer or the call manager ?
On my network, i don't have error CRC or input/output error .
P.S. we use Cisco IP Communicator 2.1.1 and Call manager 4.2(3)
