Observing the administration vlan where the APs is it is seen that every 60 seconds the APs a "Gratuituous carries out ARP reply". TO that should you? I have looked for in the documentation of Chaos without finding any explanation, as well as in the public specification of the protocol LWAPP. The case is that when there is more than 500 APs, they are many broadcast circulating for that vlan

Gratuitous ARPs are usually associated with DHCP.

The Station/Host receiving the DHCP-supplied address does an ARP to the address to see if any other station already has it (like if someone "hard coded" the address, or perhaps another DHPCP server gave out an address from an overlapping range).

If you grab a "Sniffer" trace, you'll see that they're a response to some other request.
