SDM launching problems....

Having trouble getting SDM to work on an 1841 router.

SDM version 2.4.1

Router Version 12.3(8)T6

Win XP

IE and Firefox

Java Runtime 5 update 10

The application begins to load then freezes on the following message.

"Please wait while the SDM is loading the current configuration from your router

Populating modules... - NAC"

Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

hi,

Make sure that you've permitted it in the Win Firewall, and then before launching SDM clear the browser cache.

Thanks Mohammed, I rolled back to SDM v. 2.2 and was able to connect through firefox. Still no luck with IE.

Unfortunately, I'm having bigger issues at the moment.
