CUE live record

Hi,

Is there a way to do a live record with CUE 2.3 ? I know it's an official feature from version 3.0 but I thought that it was possible to do it by conferencing the CUE during a call...

It doesn't work for me. When I conference Unity, I only get the prompt from unity which ask me to log in...

Someone help ?

Hi Fabian,

I think the trick here is to Conference/dial your own extension/DN rather than the CUE Pilot #. When you hear your Greeting start playing press # and then Conference the second time to record the conversation. When you Conference in your own # rather that the Pilot # you should get to your Greeting rather than Sign-In.
