Unity Express-Outlook Integration help

Im implementing a CME with unity, and i want to integrate voicemail with outlook.

Ive read about something called developer TAPI or TSP for outlook integration.

?I want to know if Tapi is a software i need to buy?

?Do i need to do some extra programming?

?Will it work with CCME?

Two things......

There is a CME TSP that will allow users to dial from outlook.

If you are talking about receiving voicemails in your email then you will need the CUE Network Module and not the AIM-CUE. You configure a group on CUE and add the IMAP User account to that group and then add all the users you would like to be able to initiate an IMAP connection to the same group. You will create an imap account on your email client with the user names passwords etc...

You only need the CME TSP driver and not the TSP Lite.

Also, is this with CUE or full version Unity?
