We have installed Extension Mobility on out 7940 & 7912 Phones. Whave created the Device and Device user profiles.
The good part is Extension Mobility is working and the user is able to log in , call as per the profile that he is supposed to do and then log out.
The bad part is , after the user logs out, all external incoming calls to this extension does not go through. However incoming calls from other internal extensions, outgoing calls all work fine.
Can any one please help me??
This has happened at 2 of my customers. At one place we hace Call Manager 5.1 & at another 4.1
