Hi
I have:
- CiscoWorks LMS2.5
- Cat4006 ver.12.1(11b)EW1 WS-C4006
When i add device to cs lms then cat4006 is restarting forever. Does anybody know why?

I suspect this issue is related to bug CSCea08623 which you can see here:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCea08623
The issue is fixed in 12.1(13)EW
