FATAL FCVMS112 splk_pcap_open_live() failed. errorBuf = Error
opening adapter: Access is denied.
These errors repeat until the server eventually runs out of resources.
The CAD service manual shows this error caused by the Voip monitor service trying to access a new NIC on the server.
This server has the first NIC disabled. The 2nd NIC is operational and first in order of the Bind list in Advanced network properties.
I have the service off for now but does this require either reinstalling CRM or trying to switch the server to using the 1st NIC?
Any info appreciated.
