Calls not ending

We have an Asterix SIP server that is connected to a Cisco 3745 that is connected to the PSTN via two PRI's.

The problem is that is a user makes a SIP call to the PSTN, then the PSTN hangs up, the call does not end. It will only end if the ATA user on our network hangs up. Any ideas where I can start looking with this one?
