Hi,
My Unity Connection 1.2.1 froze for times to times. I can not even ping it. Even the console is froze.
Did somebody have a idea?
Thank you

Hi -
Is the server restarting itself - i.e. reboot when you can no longer ping (which is just the network interface, not services running on the server ...). What does the Application and System event logs show? You should see a User32 error posted if it restarted itself? Also is the server taking a dump? Is the problem occurring at the same time/day or no pattern to the problem?

Hi
No is not restarting itself. We have to reboot it manually to have all service back.
We had this problem today and the last time was august 21.
Tks

Hi -
Here is something to check for - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/voice_ip_comm/uconn/1xtg/uctg1xappa.html as well as the troubleshooting guide - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/voice_ip_comm/uconn/1xtg/uctg1xix.html
We really need to know more about the specific problem and error log and application/system event log errors preceding the problem to best help you. Unity won't just stop working without giving you some type of error.
