Hi Guys,

What benefit does this give you?

Is this something that I should configure by default in CUOM?

Cheers,

Tim

Select Devices > Device Management. The Device Management: Summary page appears.

Step 2 Click the Configure button next to the Last Discovery and Next Discovery fields. The Discovery page appears.

Note Discovery requires SNMP and/or SNMPv3 credentials. If the credentials are not configured, when you click the Configure button, you will be redirected to the Default Credentials Page. Enter the default credentials. When you click Save, the Discovery page appears

But what is the LDAP server config actually for?

Why would I configure an LDAP server?

Cheers,

Tim

I thought I had asked this question before! :)

Does anyone know anything more about CUOM and LDAP integration now?

Im managing 2 x CUCM 7.0 clusters, should I add both of them in as LDAP servers?

Will this add user information to reports? Or does CUOM already have access to that info through AXL / SNMP etc.

Cheers,

Tim.
