I administrate Cisco Call Manager 4.0 with 7940 and 7960 phones. Setting up pick up groups with non extension mobility users work fine, however I have a number of extension mobility users and I am trying to set up pick up group for them but when pressing the pick up button on a call it does not pull the call through. has anyone had the same issue or can you not set up pick up groups on extension mobility. I have also got the same extension mobility users in a hunt list to hunt through all extension but need the pick up to work as well.
Any help would be much obliged.
