multilink cable on a 1721 router

Need to confirm that this router is cable of multilink bonding. It needs to handle 3 megs, 2 T1's. Below is the Show Ver. I think it only has one serial Interface for now. so we will need to purchase a wic card.

Other then that, can i handle what I want it to do??

You need for T1 card or 2 MFT-WIC card. it will support bith t1.

and already you have one excisting.
