4500 switch with current voice & data VLAN

hello,

we have a 4500 switch with 2 vlans for voice and data, however through DEV team wanting more and more VM's there is a need to break up into different segments. we will all still need to have access to the core servers (exchange, file, AD, etc), so can anyone advise the best way to move forward? i propose 6 VLAN's including the voice and data, however we will need each user to access the common server VLAN and the dev VLAN they may require including voice & data. a painless option would be ideal.

I think isolating the voice traffic onto a separate VLAN on each of the ports that are connected to a phone. The switch port that is configured for connecting a phone would have separate VLANs that are configured for carrying the following:

Voice traffic to and from the IP phone (auxiliary VLAN) and Data traffic to and from the PC that is connected to the switch through the access port of the IP phone (native VLAN)
