How to activate 3 BRIs to one dialer1 ?

Hi Experts,

IF i have 3 BRI interfaces, I would like to activate 1st BRI first and only will activate the 2nd BRI when the data across is more than 128kbps, what is the configuration i can do that?

I have 2 dialers but only want to apply it to the dialer1.

Creat dialer-group for each bri interface and assign it to dialer interface for creating group of 3 BRI.

and for firing channels above 128kbps bandwidth configure dialer load-threshold 128 either.
