Hi all,
My company use CCM4.1 for phone system. We use CAR tool for reporting. But recently we have a problem with this tool: when login to the site (https://CCM-SVR/art), it gives us an error message: [LDAP Access Error. Contact System Administrator.]. Could anyone give me some advices on this?

Are you using DCD or AD integration?
Have you already reinstall the plugin?

I've tried to install the Customer Directory Configuration Plugin (for AD integration) but the installation failed and we currently use DCD, I've already reinstalled the CAR plugin but it didn't work.

Hi, I have the same problem.
I have upgraded CCM to 4.1(3) and after that I can get logon screen, but when I write previously username and password I got:
[LDAP Access Error. Contact System Administrator.]
I am using AD integration.

the problem is your user. try re seting that user after the upgrade or if you can delete and re create.
