IPCC upgrade..

Hello

we are upgrading out IPCC from 3.5 -> 4.05

my problem is about upgrading the CAD, are there any smart way to do it.. we have 17 local departments with 5-15 CAD installed. If I have to do the uninstall manually, and then the install, it would be quite time consuming.

I've done this upgrade and had to uninstall and reinstall the CAD (and CSD & HR) on over 70 desktops. We couldn't see an easy way to do it. Make sure you've fully tested the scripts after upgrading to 4.0 before you upgrade the desktops, because if you have to roll back, you'll need to roll back all the desktops too. At each contact centre locatiom, we identified a couple of desktops on which we left the CRS 3.5 CAD, as a backout plan if we had to revert.
