Applied FAC, phone prompt 4 UNKNOWN # instead enter AUTHORIZATION CODE

I have successfully Applied FAC (force authorization code), but phone prompt for To:UNKNOWN NUMBER instead of ENTER AUTHORIZATION CODE to complete the call, I would like to extend the delay for few more seconds so user can easily enter code before busy tone.

I have this problem too.

For a workaround, delete the route pattern, and re-insert it with the desired configuration. Do not modify it. Modification after insertion re-creates the problem.

Thanks for your kind email but now I am concerned to CONFIGURE THE PROMPT which must ask ENTER AUTHORIZATION CODE.

Dear, FAC is successfully applied but instead of asking for code (Enter Authorization Code) it says TO: UNKNOWN NUMBER - after entering code it dials to DESTINATION successfully so I my view there is no problem in Route Pattern. Please advice
