We have a couple users who are having problems with accessing their voicemail from the phone. We use Unity 4.2 integrated with Exchange. The message arrives in the Exchange mailbox and the MWI light briefly lights on the phone and then goes out. It is like the message is being forwarded to a folder, but it is not. It stays in the Inbox. But when you call voicemail from the phone, it says there are no messages. Any ideas. The two people experiencing this are on different Exchange systems. As far as I know, only two out of over 5000 users are having this problem.
