I have a customer with a Cisco 3640 router and a 4 ATM interfaces network module running c3640-ik9s-mz.123-14.t3.bin IOS image. The 4 T-1 ATM module is fully boated with 4 T-1's and My problem is a follows:
In the event that 1 of the 4 T-1s fails I still have layer 3 and I'm still able to SSH to the router from both the trusted and untrusted but the customer looses WEB. They simply can't surf. The can ping but not much else. When the T-1 comes back the WEB also comes back. Weird??!!
