IPCCX 4.0.3 supervisor remote monitoring failure

I have IPCCX 4.0.3 with license enhanced, under RMCM subsystems there is no remote monitoring link???

how can i configure remote monitoring for supervisor.

shall i configure Span on the switch only?

First make sure that recording and monitoring componets in your server and enable 'Span to PC Port' option in phone from CCM.From desktop administrator you can find for which all phones monitoring and recording is enabled.

In my Desktop admin - >Enterprise Data Configuration-> VoiP Monitor

I see tab

"MAC Address" --"Extension" ---"MonitorServer"

But did not see tab "Enable Desktop Monitoring"

I use IP PHone 7960, in my IP Phone config page, i did not see "Span to PC Port"

May be have some different config with IP Phone 7960.

Is it showing default VOIP monitor server?

In 7960 phone 'PC Voice VLAN Access'is the option u have to enable.
