I have recently migrated from CCM version 4.1 to version 5.1.2.
Everything is working well.
My current versions are..
System version: 5.1.2.3000-2
Administration version: 1.1.0.0-1
My only problem is I can't see any of the Enterprise Parameters or Service Parameters
I can access the web pages as ccmadministrator, and the menu, save, set default etc show up but no parameters show in the list.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks

Hi John,
It looks like you are hitting this bug;
CSCsj05998 Bug Details
Cisco Options (copfile) installation can break service parameters
Symptoms:
Enterprise Parameters are missing on the Publisher/First Node after installing a
Cisco Options Package (cop file).
This can happen whether the cop file was installed on a publisher or subscriber.
The fix for CSCsj05998 introduced a spurious error message that was fixed by
CSCsj61395. For simplicity we repeat the symptoms for CSCsj61395 here:
When installing a copfile on a subscriber, a spurious error message appears:
Status: Error Encountered
This error is spurious and can be ignored. There is no workaround.
Versions:
5.x and 6.x
Conditions:
After installing a cop file.the service parameters are no longer correctly displayed.
This happens because the options package updated the database incorrectly.
The cop file, itself, was correctly installed and does not need to be reinstalled.
Workaround:
1) Ensure that the Cisco Options Package has been installed on all nodes.
2) On the publisher/first node only, execute this CLI command:
run loadxml
Hope this helps!

Just an update to this.
The Enterprise Parameters work fine when I was at version 5.1.2.1000-11 a week ago.
I have since upgraded to 3000-2 and installed the most recent Device Pack cmterm-devicepack5.1.2.3103-1.cop.

Hi John,
You are most welcome! That is a rather weird problem for sure, another crazy bug :)
Take care,
Rob
