Hi all.
I currently have Unity 501 and CUCM 6 running and whenever Message Monitor is enabled there is a 7 second pause between Unity answering the call and the caller hearing the Unity user greeeting. If Message Monitor is disabled there is no noticable delay (less than a second). Anyone been able to fix this ??

We are having the same issue. Had not tied it to message monitor though. We are on CUCM 5.1

See the following defect, doesn't seem to be a workaround but opening a Service Request and having TAC attach your case to the defect would be suggested.
Message Monitor: When configured delay in hearing greeting.

Does anyone know, has there been any further news about a permanent fix for this ?
The last information we got was to upgrade to 5.0(1.0)ES35, this didn't fix the problem but did reduce the delay to 3 seconds from the original 6 -7 seconds.
Even at 3 seconds it makes this feature next to useless.
