I am using ASDM 5.2(1) to maintain a number of PIX 515 firewalls - I am noticing when I do a change to a rule, it does not always immediately apply the change, even though I press Apply, and Save.
Does anyone know if this is normal behaviour?

Have you refreshed ASDM. Dose the config get applied at some time in the future.
