I'm trying to integrate LMS with ACS,

I have integreated it succesfully and tested with local user in the ACS and i can log in.

the problem is even the admin account cannat modify or change anything in the LMS.

im getting from the Common Service>Home a red mark on the ACS which is saying that im reacable but dont have full permission,

i tried to delete the integration part from the ACS side, but not able to login to the LMS at ALL.

im suspection of the System Identity account !

please any idea on how can i at least login to my LMS server without the integration part (ACS out of the picture )

thanks,

hasan

Shutdown dmgtd, then run the command:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/ResetLoginModule.pl

Then restart dmgtd, and you should be back to CiscoWorks Local authentication and authorization.

As for your ACS problem, it really does sound like a problem with the System Identity User, or possible that you did not give enough application access to your current user. Make sure your System Identity User has ALL ACCESS to every LMS component, and that your current user has the right access configured for their group.
