Hi,

There is a command "reload at x" available on cisco 2500, where x is a time when the reboot must occur. It is used to reboot some device at the same time.

As pointed out by Michal, there are timed commands, like "reload at XXX" or "reload in XXX", but those commands are never written into configuration and cannot be saved. Therefore the router can restart like that only once, and not continuously. If it regularly restarts, then there is a problem.

Check "show version" output to see the reason for reload.

Hi,

please check "show version", cause of reboot is indicated there. Most "auto reboots" are caused by software crash.
