Hi
I've a problem with Cisco IP Communicator. Communications are bad quality. With wireshark, I see that dscp = 0 on windows 2000 sp4. On windows XP sp2, it's ok (dscp = 46). I have install qos on my network card. I don't understand why dscp is egal to 0 on win2000.
If somebody has an idea

This issue can happen when the "optimize for low bandwidth flag" under IP communicator ->Preferences is unchecked. Check the same to resolve the issue. If that does not solve the issue, you need the CIPC to latest version.

To be more precise, I use Cisco IP Communicator 2.1 with call manager 4.2(3). In the documentation, this version of IP Communicator must be use with CM 4.2(3) SR1. Before I use IP Communicator 2.0.2 and it's ok but now, with version 2.1, dscp = 0.
If I install this hotfix/patch SR1 or SR2b now, my problem will be resolve ? The call manager can indicate to IP communicator don't use dscp 46 ?

I don't know if it helps in this case, but you should install ccm patch sr2b. It solves really many problems.
