Solved: CDR Reporting Problem

I can see an entry for Woking subscriber from the Publisher, but it would appear that the subscriber isn?t writing anything to CDR database on the Publisher.

What can I do?

CDR Enable flag in CCM Service Parameters should be set to TRUE in all the servers in the cluster that have IP Phones|GWs registered to them.

Make sure that DBL is up and running and there are no flat files in CDR folder and subfolders.

Hi, facing the same issue, CDR on subscriber dont work anymore after cluster rebuild. in service parameters everything seems ok.

How did you solve it?
