RMCM subsystem initalizing

We have CCM 4.1 and IPCC express 3.5 co-resident with AD integration we have user created for RMCM subsystem and configured the same but the subsystem RMCM subsytem is always in initiazing state we have verified the username and password using ccmuser and it is fine,

Let me know what couid be the issue.

Could you send me the error you are seeing in the trace and paste the script you are using?, it looks Jtapi Trigger x and y both tied to the same script name.

You should associate agent phones (at least one). RMCM subsystem must have sth to monitor ;)
