Hi Everyone,
I have CallManager 4.1 with MGCP. Customers would like to have it so that they don't have to dial a 1 when calling long distant. Currently, my route pattern looks like this 9.1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX and it requires a person to dial 1. Everyone seems okay with it, except those users that have gotten used to CME's dialing rule that did not require a 1. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You may play with Translation patterns, to prefix the 1.
Please confirm that users use to dial:
9.XXX YYY ZZZZ
Create the Translation pattern that matches that number 9.[2-9]XX[2-9]XX XXXX
then remove predot and prefix 91 to match a RP.

User used to dial 9.xxx yyy zzzz and also 9.1xxx yyy zzzz. If someone dailed a 1, CME would strip the 1 and then prefix the 1. I don't know if CallManager 4.1 has this capabilities. Thanks
