Does anyone have an idea how i could quickly change TFTP servers for different CM clusters without having to change the settings manually each time?

You may create a regedit key that do it for you automatically altering the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Communicator
Note that the value is in hex
so u may change it then copy current value accordingly.
