ntp settings for CTS 1000 and CTS 3000

I installed a CTS 1000 and a CTS 3000.

They both use CUCM.

Now my problem is: When i capture a logfile from a CTS the date and time on the files in the captured logfile are not correct. i.e. x/x/2006.

When i go into the admin page of the CTS and go to the ntp settings it sais it can only be changed in the CUCM.

the phones connected to the CTS have the correct time.

What do i have to do to fix this?

1. Login to CUCM

2. Add NTP servers IP addresses under "System>Phone NTP Reference"

3. Go under "System>Date/Time Group" and add "Phone NTP References" you created

4. Restart all CTSs devices

CUCM should push device's config to TFTP server and upon Restart, CTS should download new config with NTP references. Login to CTS web administration and verify NTP server list under "System Settings".
