IPCCX: unable to make changes

Hi All,

we have running IPCC Express 4.0 SR1, as of yesterday it was working fine like ,it allows us to make changes. But suddenly today it is allowing us to make any changes. We rebooted the IPCC Express server but still we are facing same problem.

Please someone help us!!!!

What errors are you seeing? I take it this is a single server, not part of an HA cluster? It may be that the backup has failed and the mutex locks need to be cleared.

We are getting following error:

"Error While Handling The Input Request" backup.

Please suggest me to resolve the problem.
