pushing data to the phone

I want to push some data to all the phones. In ccm4.0 we can use DeviceListX. But i don't know how to do it in ccm5.0

CCM 5 and IP phones (7911, 7941,7961, 7970 and 7971) support SIP TLS and SRTP. The data confidentialityand data integrity of the call signaling can be protected by SIP TLS and the data confidentiality and integrity of media (voice) can be protected by SRTP respectively. However, the data transferred between the IP phone and the CCM (IP phone services, data push, XML objects etc.) are over HTTP and therefore in plain text
