We are running call manager version 4.1(3)sr4d. in a one call manager server environment. We are unable to view the corporate directory from an IPT phone. I can see the users in call manager admin page under corporate directory. we see an error 'host not found' displayed on the phone when directories is selected.
I have checked the url in enterprise manager. The call manager ip address is displayed correctly in the URL. Reset IIS reset. reset TFTP and the users phone, no difference.
Any ideas?

If you paste the URL into a PC browser, do you get any response?

If I paste the Authentication URL, I get an UN-AUTHORIZED
If I paste the Directories URL, I get a page that looks like java code.
etc...

I am having a similar problem that is only affecting a single IPT user. In this case the corporate dir option does not appear on the user phone at all. All URL paths are in place and even hard coded the URL into phone config page w/ no effect

I had the same issue on one phone and reset it and the directory option started working again.
