CMPE IP Phone service

I have configured the service in CCM 4.2 and I see it in my phone. However when I try to access the service I get the error below. What am I missing? Permissions in the server? Not sure (by the way, this is the first time I setup an IP Phone Service, so chances are I missing something somewhere)

"You are not authorized to view this page due to an incorrect userid/password pair or your authorization expired.

Press "Exit" and then "Services" button to start again"

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Under service parameter for the phone had set, name of user and pin of user, NOT password try this
