I'm keep getting Failover messages in one of my Branch office IP Phone network, i did show log and BGP is flaping around?
Is there anyother reason to look and how to resolve it?

I would troubleshoot layer 1 and layer 2 to find why BGP is flapping in first place.

how do you troubleshoot L1/L2? and particular commands for L2?

Have you run the ISDN debug commands? They'd help

well I done this bit, but what if the calls are not using BRI and diverted to use ATM/ADSL interface to reach CCM...

hmm have you watched the ATM0 interface to see if thats constantly up and not flapping too?
