Hi,
in my CallManager I have route pattern 0.!
0 is number for outside calls. I send all numbers after .
When I call some number (for example 0273659), on my voice gtw comes 273659. And that is OK.
But I need to wait 10 seconds till that call proceed. If I press redial on my IP phone it goes promptly.
How can I repair that? What is a problem?
Thanks

Hi
You can do that these ways:
1. Change your route pattern to 0.!#, but your users have to press # at the end of the number for example 0273659#;
2. You can leave your route pattern as is, but you have to change interdigit timeout in CallManager service parameters

One other thing you may want to do is just add the pattern ?wojtek? (user above) indicated rather than just changing the one you have. Essentially, you would have two route patterns (0.! and 0.!#), one with the hash and one without so your users can decide which method you want to use.
