Hello,
I'm using CCM cluster with CCM 4.1(3)sr3c installed on it..
Can I install ciscocm.4-1-3-sr5c service release onto existing CCM software?
I think that Cisco SRs are cumulative and I don?t need to install SRs step by step e.g. upgrade SRs from minor to major numbers.
And the main question.
Can I install ciscocm.4-1-3-sr5c onto OS 2000.2.7?
From CCM compatibility matrix
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/ccmcomp.htm
I know that minimal requirements is 2000.2.7sr2.
If I can't install ciscocm.4-1-3-sr5c onto OS 2000.2.7, I have to install OS patches step by step or I can simply install the latest OS update?

Yes, you can directly install 4.1(3) Sr5c on your box without having to install anything else. But i'd recommend installing the latest OS patch on the box as well. If you are currently running OS 2000.2.7, you should first install OS 2000.4.5 and then the latest SR for this OS.
Hope this helps

Thank you for reply.
On another words the best choice is to install
win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-5a-SR2
and then install CCM SR.
Did I understand you correctly?

The way you would have to go about to upgrade the IOS would be to first install OS 2000.4.5 and then install OS 2000.4.5 SR2
You can download these files from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cmva-3des
The files you would need are:
1. For OS 2000.4.5
win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-5a.exe
Operating System Upgrade Service Release Version Info: 2000-4-5a
ReadMe:
win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2000-4-5a-Readme.htm
Readme for Operating System Upgrade Service Release Version Info: 2000-4-5a
2. SR 2 for OS 2000.4.5a
