IGX-Card showing ACTIVE-F status

As this happens due to errors or link fluctuation , how can we solve this problem of reseting card everytime.Is there any solution for that?

you do not need to actually reset the card to clear the failure you are encountering. Since you have a background test failure, you need to issue "resetcd f" (where is the slot). This will not reset the card, but will clear the failure.

Also you can try to upgrade the firmware hope this will work. If not then you have simply run this command resetcd -f. This will not reset your card but clear all the failure or alarm
