CCM - 4.2.1 / 3.3.4 Merge Clusters

Hi - We currently have a 4.2.1 CCM single site cluster which is being used for approx 300 users and integrated with IPCC. We also have separate CCM 3.3.4 cluster which services approx 700 users. We are planning to merge into a single WAN based cluster. In order to minimise impact on 24x7 IPPC helpdesk we had planned to BAT data from 3.3.4 to 4.2.3, however, we are running into a number of issues with IP Phone services / templates / IP Phone Services / Fast Dials not migrating. Does anyone know of any tools which we could use to port as much of the 3.3.4 data and merge with 4.2.1 cluster.

DB fields change a lot from 3.X to 4.X.

I would say you may create a new template based on 4.x and start from there.

Like inserting new phones in your existing 4.x cluster based in your 3.x cluster details. (Doing this from 3.x wont help here)

Thats the only supported and feasible way to do it.
