DNs ring fast busy

Hello - we are using CUCM 5.1. We see an issue when a DN is assigned to multiple phones and we make a change in the admin gui - like deleting one of the devices, or changing the calling search space for the DN. After completing the change, including a reset, all subsequent calls to the DN ring fast busy. Disassociating/reassociating the devices resolves the issue. Any ideas? Thanks!

What is the exact CCM version?

How many servers in the cluster?

The IP Phones looks registered?

All phones registered to same server?

Only for shared lines?

CCM version = System version:

Administration version:

Cluster servers = 2

IP phones = registered and to the same server (ccmpub)

Only for shared lines = yes
